In this 90-minute practice, we'll learn how to establish a personal yoga practice at home and discuss how to create a habit that sticks. REGISTER.
Align & Flow: Sun Salutations
Sunday, February 23, (1:30 to 3 pm)
In this 90-minute practice, we'll break down the traditional Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) and learn the meaning behind the flow. We'll also break down the Chatturanga pose and learn how to do Sun Salutations with and without the Chatturanga flow. This workshop is designed for yogis who have some experience with yoga. REGISTER.
