Class Descriptions and Schedule

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by seamlessly stringing poses (asana) together with the breath (prana). In Vinyasa classes, we explore the connection between movement and breath.  Yoga is a journey of continuous growth and movement.  As you move up through the class levels, you'll notice less detailed instruction and fewer cues.  Vinyasa practices can range from slow and gentle to fast and vigorous, accommodating various fitness levels and preferences.

  • Beginning classes are intended for yogis who are new to yoga or who are looking to refresh the fundamentals.

  • Gentle classes are intended for yogis of all levels who are looking for a soft and yielding practice that encourages relaxation.

  • Level 1 classes provide opportunity to practice basic poses and flows and are intended for yogis looking to expand their practice. Level 1 classes are 60 minutes.  Please plan to stay for the whole class.

  • Level 2 classes include complex poses like arm balances and inversions and are intended for yogis with an advanced physical practice. Level 2 classes are 75 minutes and include an opportunity for meditation.  Please plan to stay for the whole class.
